This is me & my helmet (:-P) after a nice downhill nearing the end of the bike course of the Dash & Bash Triathlon 2006 in Devens, MA. The volunteers were awesome. I came in about an hour after the finisher before me. I figured everyone would have gone home & I didn't blame them. Instead I was greeted by some amazing, enthusiastic, heartwarming people. Three of whom actually walked the run portion of the triathlon with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
